No Returns Due to Biosecurity
Due to strict biosecurity and plant health standards, The Hippeastrum Co. does not accept returns of bulbs or live plant material.
Once plant products leave our premises, we cannot guarantee the conditions they have been kept in. Returning plant material poses a risk of introducing pests, diseases, or contamination into our growing environment and other stock.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds.
This policy helps us protect the health of our collection and ensure the highest quality plants for all customers.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

The packaging
The shipping label

We will assess the issue and may offer at our discretion a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed or shipped.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is deemed faulty, significantly not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with Australian law.
