  1. Nature of Products

We sell live plant material, including hippeastrum bulbs and potted plants.

You acknowledge that:

  • Plants are living products and are subject to natural variation.

  • Size, colour, shape, and flowering performance may vary.

  • Images are indicative only and may not represent the exact item supplied.

  • Environmental conditions, planting method, climate, and care significantly affect plant performance.

We do not guarantee flowering performance, growth rate, or longevity once the plant is in your care.

  1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse

If we cancel an order prior to dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

  1. Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

  1. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

We use secure third-party payment providers and do not store full credit card details.

  1. Shipping and Risk

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, risk in the goods passes to you.

We are not liable for:

  • Postal delays

  • Damage caused by carriers

  • Loss after dispatch

  • Delays due to seasonal demand

  • Delays caused by extreme weather events

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

  1. Biosecurity and Returns

Due to strict biosecurity requirements, we do not accept returns of live plant material under any circumstances, including change of mind.

Returned plant material poses contamination risks to our growing environment and stock.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  1. Plant Health and Care Responsibility

Once delivered, responsibility for plant health transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect planting

  • Overwatering or underwatering

  • Pest or disease exposure after delivery

  • Frost, heat, or environmental damage

  • Failure to thrive due to soil or growing conditions

Care instructions provided are general guidance only.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.

  • We are not liable for loss of profits, business interruption, or crop loss.

Where liability cannot be excluded under law, our liability is limited to replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure arises from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Flood, fire, or extreme weather

  • Supply chain disruption

  • Government restrictions

  • Biosecurity restrictions

  • Postal service interruptions
