Hippeastrum 'Honeybee' – NEW RELEASE 2026

CURRENTLY FLOWERING — AVAILABLE AGAIN ONCE FLOWERING HAS FINISHED

'Honeybee' is a jaw dropping new release variety to Australia in 2026 with lovely single yellow/green flowers. In our opinion - the best yellow/green hippy bred to date. PLEASE NOTE, THIS VARIETY NATURALLY PRODUCES SMALLER BULBS

Key Features:

• Flower Type: Small Single
• Colour: Mixed tones of yellow and green
• Pattern:
• Bulb Age: Mature but naturally smaller bulb.
• Growth: Small scapes.
• Climate: Ideal for all Australian regions

This variety produces bold, eye-catching blooms with a really unique pattern, meaning each flower can vary slightly in appearance. Its strong stems and vibrant patterning make it a real feature in pots or garden beds.

Thrives in full sun to part shade in well-draining soil. Water regularly during active growth and reduce during dormancy. Hippeastrums are easy to grow and produce large, showy flowers through the warmer months.

A great choice for collectors or anyone wanting something unique in their collection. Limited availability.
